So it stops at 20 on your skill screen, but keeps counting up? I'm still confused on how that will work, like what will happen if they raise the level cap and you're already 10 levels higher than that? Considering how fast I leveled up in the beta, I'll hit 20 in a day or two depending on if/when I sleep, with such a low cap I can only assume that besides the various skill options level won't count for much since everyone will be maxed quickly.
