So far I know only slyfuldragon can help you, looks like he is working on a possible editor for the 2 games but no ETA.
I would advise PMing him pointing him to this thread.

Couldn't give you 100% but I gave you max Gil, Max all Items and accessories, Max stats and level 99 for Yuna, Rikku, and Paine, and all Dress Spheres.
