PS4 Muliplayer Requires Playstation Plus

"Sony has confirmed that online multiplayer will require PlayStation Plus. In a comment to Game Informer, a representative stated,

"Yes. I can confirm that you must subscribe to PS Plus for multiplayer."

To me it isn't a big deal, PS Plus has been worth it, but figured someone might like to know.

oh well ps plus is cheaper the xbox live gold, and ms has been doing it for years so im not that upset about it

This is not to big of a deal. I use to play on Xbox Live, well I still do for now, and the Gold membership is more than PlayStation Pluse.
I have recently decided to leave the Xbox console and transition to PlayStation for my own reasonds.
