i have downloaded the mod tool for fallout nv but it doesnt work every time i open my save it asks me " are you currrently using the pitboy" and i have said yes and no. now and it pops up as an unhandled exception has occured in your application. and it doesnt load the file im wondering if anyone can help me with this please.

i dont know how to hex it just wont open up in the mod tool i wish i knew what was wrong with the mod tool im running it on windows 7 could that be the problem or do i need to do something else to make it work?

I'm running with the same wins7. Could be something on your inventory, a glitch in the save, could be anything. I could try to mod it for you if you want.
