I haven't found one out there, but from my personal experience...This is one of those games that is way better on the PC versus the Xbox 360.
I know this isn't a save editor, but if they haven't changed it in an update you can try this:

Yep this game is way better on pc you get lots of DLC too

Question - does the game allow you to 'gain' control of your sim (a la Sims 2 for original Xbox) instead of using the PC-based cursor? Just curious since this is one of the games that i'm planning on picking up this weekend.
