Skyrim before Character Creation Maxed out everything Save

Here we go as promised

Here is my skyrim save before Character Creation so you can make and name your own Character.
Whats in this save:

Base Stats are at 100
Modded stats are 9999
instant level too level 81 and will have 80 skill perks to spend Sorry but i can't add more you get some more while questing
Full set of Deadric armor
Full set of Deadric weapons
999,999 deadric Arrows
9,999,999 Gold
999 dragon souls (Do not unlock the dragon shouts that dont have Symbols)
All Spells and Shouts
Health Magicka and Stamina at 9999
100,000 Carry Weight
5 lock picks you dont need that many if you spec in Unbreakable

I believe that's everything if i forgot something then sorry in this save you will not level any more cause you are already at level cap to level up just go in the Keep after your Create your Toon and it is impossible for me to give you more skill points before Character Creation

Awesome save, but one problem. I can't use perks that require a skill larger than 40. For example, in the one-handed tree, I can't level Armsman past 2/5. Any idea?

I have no ideal i loaded the Save up and ran thru the First part Again lol and i was able to fill up one-handed just fine no problems

I have an idea. Setting myself to Imperial caused my Two-Handed to jump to 10014, instead of staying at 999. It's my theory that skills reset themselves at 100. 101 = 1, 102 = 2, etc. When doing a save with all stats at 999, that's actually making them 99. When you select any race, they go over that again, causing the stats to be extra low. My theory is that, in order to make this work, you would have to do a different save for every race to make sure that it doesn't go over 100. Does that make any sense?

Weird. Any chance you can set the skills to 100 instead of 999? It's possible that a number so high is causing the game to reset them.

The skills Can only go up too 100 the Green Number you are seeing is Boosted number its like having a permant enhancement and no it wont reset them it will keep going up and no im not going to do any more saves for a while i have been modding save for like the past week now for everyone and their dog i really want to play this game lol and as far as i have got is White run about to talk to the Jarl
