Need some help

Im trying to flash a 250gb Hdd using HDDhacker but it keeps saying Reading HDD sector 16 failed DRQ0x0802. ive even tried the Hex editing way but still the same thing with sector 16? any help will be appreached

I forgot i have a western Digital 250gb WD2500BPVT

Some quick suggestions if you haven't already tried them:

1. When attempting to flash, make sure the WD is the only drive connected at the time.
2. Move WD to primary SATA port instead of secondary.
3. Set SATA mode to ATA.
4. Disable ACHI.
5. Disable Multisector Transfer (if present).
6. Disable SMART.

If you still have problems, you can then try this workaround.
