yes, he was legitimately banning/suspending people left and right. He worked on Microsoft's enforcement team. He has since been fired. He does however have a new gamertag. however i am unaware as to what it is.

He was banning them for the right reasons. The footage going around with the CoD Kiddies was a fake and was completely edited. If you SEEN the RAW footage. You would know this. Sure the guy may have been an asshole. But he did not ban and suspend for the wrong reasons.

He was banning people, his gamertag is now "The Man" but he has been fired from Microsoft and can no longer do this. This was all going on a couple years ago so there is no worries. There is plenty of ways that random people can ban or hack your account so you still want to be careful when playing multiplayer games though.
