    mod tools

    does anyone know how people make mod tools? i'm a beginner in using code, but want to know what languages u would learn first. i do plan on learning them all though

    Putting that aside. Use the search bar. It's a magical feat that occurs when it's used.

    Nintendo DS/DSL/DSi Flashcart Installation - £15 including Flashcard

    for beginners i would say either vb or c#, but as renegade said....

    There's a whole section of different languages on making save editors or other things for practice...
