The title says it all. I was banned on the 360 for enjoying Jappi's wonderful save editor (Haha) and logged on today at 12:01 am to test if the ban crossed over platforms. I immediately saw summon signs, etc... It is either the ban pool is so huge that I am seeing many summon signs or it is a clean slate :) I am placing my money on the clean slate=no ban. Not fully confirmed but this is coming from a banned player.
Updated: There will be no bans for new gen consoles. Here is my email:
" Dear Customer,
Thank you for contacting Bandai Namco Entertainment America's customer support department.
As Dark Souls II and Dark Souls II: Scholar of the First Sin (DX11, Xbox One, PS4) are considered different gaming experiences and are on separate severs, restrictions will not be reapplied. The PS3 and Xbox 360 version do not have new servers and restrictions will still be in place for this version of the game. However, please be advised that the Dark Souls II server team will be actively monitoring accounts that had previous restrictions and that any violation of the EULA will result further restrictions being applied to the account.
Bandai Namco Entertainment America Inc. Customer Support"

if it does not carry over this is good news, but bad in a way .. can you transfer over your character to the xb1 version like Diablo 3 did ??
I haven't seen any transfer options. But me and my friend are both banned on 360 but are playing together on the xbox one.
How do you even manage to get banned on the 360/PS3? I cheat all the time on the 360, haven't been banned since.
Something something, look at me, something something.
I got banned like an year ago when the last big ban wave hit. I also was testing alot of different things for Jappi on his editor. So it is hard for me to narrow it down but it prob was for the soul memory changing.
