Bethesda has pushed back to the release date of the fourth downloadable content of Fallout: New Vegas.

In a post over at the official Bethesda forums, New Vegas Senior Producer Jason Bergman, explained the reason of the delay:

"We just wanted to drop in here and let you know that due to circumstances beyond our control, Lonesome Road won’t be out this month," he said. "This isn’t due to any major issue with the code or content, but there are lots of factors involved in releasing these things, and one of those is causing us to slip past our intended release date.

"We don’t have an exact date yet, but we’re working to get it out as quickly as possible," he added. "We’ll be announcing the final date, along with a couple of other interesting FNV-related items in the near future."

To somewhat make up for the bad news, Bethesda has posted the first screenshot of the upcoming DLC, which you can see above. This isn't the first time Bethesda decided to delay a DLC for the game. The previous DLC was also pushed back by almost a month for unknown reasons.
