View Full Version : PLEASE HELP!! is my computer compatible with skyrim at all?

i have a Dell OptiPlex 320 computer with a 3.02 ghz processor with 4gb of ram, and a 512mb videocard. will this run skyrim at all? even in low settings? just wondering because i really want to mod skyrim myself and make gamesaves for other people on here too. so please help me. i hope it will work. any answers will be welcomed and thanked.:aok:

Its pretty much the same kinda spec level as mine and I ran Skyrim on medium settings with no problems at all. Pain in the ass to control with a keyboard and mouse mind you.....

that why i used the xbox 360 controller with microsoft wireless receiver, i hate playing on keyboard and mouse

I gave up after about 15 minutes lol, I even tried to hook the 360 pad up to the PC using a play and charge kit but to no avail. In all fairness I only downloaded it see if my PC would run it, not a fan of playing games on the PC and I hated Skyrim with a passion, load of old boring guff in my opinion.
