hex edit borderlands...

So I looked for a video tutorial on hex editing but i can't seem to find one... I'm most likely just blind and can't see it but I'm newer to hex editing and would like to learn how. Looking for tools all the time can be a pain and this way i can be more specific to what I like, specifically for borderlands right now. Any help, advice, or directions? Anything is appreciated :thumbsup:

is there no way to hex edit weapon damage? willowtree is how i have most of my stuff already but I can only go so high with that. a few of my friends have ridiculously high damage guns and id like to do that, and the only way i can think of to do that is hex edit.
