(REQ) Gears of War 1 Editor

I'm looking for a gears1 editor I seen last year... I don't know where I seen it, but its a coaslecd.ini editor for GOW1.. Not the campaign editor, this one mods the files themselves..

I want to finish my GOW 1 mod, but I need this program to do it right... anyone know what I'm talking about and have a copy?

I'm not looking for a save editor.. I'm looking for a file editor.. This allowed me to open up the INI files on the ISO and edit the values there.. Save editors just edit the save.. I don't want to mess with a save edit everytime.. I want to mod the game itself and then just play.

Have you tried Notpad? can you send me one of the files and I will try and see what works best on it?

Notepad cannot unpack the coalescd.ini file..
I've been using the mirrors edge tool to unpack the files, but the editor I want does this on its own and allows you to edit the files without needing to unpack them.
