After a long day of research and coding, Renegade and PureISO present you with the Final release of the save editor for this awesome game.

-Update 2.1

- Fixed a few bugs.
- Added all upgrades to Krystal Tab.
- Improved GUI
- Better save function.
- Better Resign/Rehash feature - The other wasn't working all the time.

-Cleaned up some code.

Here is the finished version of the editor, We worked hard and payed for the Game/DLC for the community to use and benefit from it for free. Enjoy.

And for ytv. It's a new 'Contra' XBLA game. By the creators of Guilty Gear (and Blazblue). It uses music from the series, weapons, and the same gameplay style. Just doesn't use the name :p

Yes i rehashed and resignedYou're obviously doing something wrong then, Tell me exactly what you're doing, what storage device, what programs using etc. Me and Pure have been testing the tool for hours to make sure it functions correctly for everyone, and it does.

i put my save in my flash drive then i open up xplorer, drag my save to desktop, mod it, save, rehash, use modio to save it to my device and put it back in my xbox, then when i try loading it hard corps says its corrupted

Edit:I go through a couple of errors trying to rehash but after that it works. does that have anything to do with it being corrupted?

Make a new save and try it again. I have tested 50 times and it works great maybe you removed your usb too fast from your pc or something. If you are using a memory stick for the save don't put it in your xbox when the game is on the Start Screen. It will corrupt any save.

No. A save is a save.
Get the save mod it, make sure you are in the 360 dashboard when you transfer the same to your hard drive or put in the usb.

I get an error with this and it prevents the file from opening....


Value of '1000002431' is not valid for 'Value'. 'Value' should be between 'Minimum' and 'Maximum'. Parameter name: 'Value'.

I know what it is... it's involving the "total kills" and/or another numericupdown. In-game you can get more than what your numericupdown will allow... You need to set your Reader to "ReadUInt32" and set the numericupdown's minimum to "UInteger.MinValue" (which is 0) and maximum to "UInteger.MaxValue" (which is 4294967295).

The difference between Int32 (Signed) and UInt32 (Unsigned) is :
Signed: From −2,147,483,648 to 2,147,483,647
Unsigned: From 0 to 4,294,967,295

all mission unlocked in ranks s - the achievement wont pop up till u clear anyone level
all mission achievement - will pop up if you clear any level with Bah or Krys (if you have DLC it wont pop up till u clean all mission with all 4 I think)
all star chips - the achievement wont pop up till u pick up any 1 star chip in any mission
Buy all items in the shop will unlock the achievement as soon as you load the save.

Test with a fake profile just to be sure

Its only for Rising Mod - Arcade mode can only be modded via default.xex but no chance of that.

lol, i had my CP hacked TOOOOOO high, that i actually had to rehack it to get the editor to open my save. Once it did though, it worked like a charm! Awesome work, and glad you could do sooooo much more with this game then i did n_n

This may be a dead thread, but I only just found it a few days ago...this is a great editor...or it would be if I could get it load my save file. I keep getting this error:
"Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection. Perimeter name:startIndex"
