Hello
I try all the time to figure out the checksum for Resident Evil 5
1 hour ago i have already made my first mod tool for Resident Evil 5 with the help of visual basic and the video guide.i tested it works so far...until I'm doing Gamesave back to xbox it says Gamesave corrupted :(((
here on this page there is a tutorial for checksum
But as a beginner, it is not easy to understand
if there would be a video tutorial about checksum, it would be easier to understand
It would be a great help for those who want to make their own save editor
I have understood everything so far how to make a mod tool
but the checksums is a big problem for me can someone take time and make a video tutorial about it? It would be awesome....

yes its difficult for me to understand i needed 1 hour to make my first simple save editor
and used all day for checksum ´0´
most games have checksum i know how to mod with Hex editor i moded least Ac Revelations in HxD
I do not know where is offset for checksum or what a checksum type for the current game that I want to modding....I think a video tutorial would help many people here not only me...

thx men when i know how to deal with checksums I would try to make some mod tools
but first you need to find offset Location of the checksum --> Problem number one.
then when you find it what comes next ? make a checksum fixer Tool ???
if so
that would be difficult for someone who had no idea of coding
and I have no idea of codings --> Problem number two
what to do
let be ??
or first go to computer school?
Here on this page there are many people they regularly make mod tools
I do not think that all of the people are computer specialist...
I just do not know where to start when it comes to checksum :(
