After you extract the file from the gamesave you need to then use Offzip to decompress the file's data. That's where the "35" file comes from.

Yeah it gives me 6 or 7 different files after I use the OffZip but none of them are the 35 file I need.

just used this editor and it works great except for 1 thing i have the harvester and when i click on max harvester it says not found .. any ideas???

I am trying to help blade by making some bat files for him but im kinda stuck with the packzip because when i try offzip i get 2 files (00000035.dat and 000019ed.dat)


Here is how i wrote the bat file.
Offzip.bat


offzip.exe -a dssave0.sav ./ 0

del dssave0.sav


Packzip.bat


packzip.exe -o 00000035 00000035.dat dssave0.sav
packzip.exe -o 000019ed 000019ed.dat dssave0.sav

del 00000035.dat
del 000019ed.dat



Btw, 000019ed.dat = 6kb and 00000035.dat = 26kb big.

So tell me this..............whats the MAX health in this game suppose to be because the editor sure as hell doesn't give it. Everything else worked fine but the health still seems to be normal. When I load the modded save the health bar goes nuts for a few seconds then it displays ONE full health bar and ONE life skull thing. When I encounter a boss type monster it literally takes my health off in a few hits. Now if the health is suppose to be "MAX" why then does the health bar on my "MODDED" save go down so quickly? I would have thought it would take longer if the health is modded.

The health did the same to me, would start at about 10 bars then rapidly shoot back down to normal again. Best bet is use the editor to acquire the Abyssal Armour, you can soak up loads of damage with that equipped.

How do you do that exactly? I take it you need at least 1 piece of the armor collected before you use the editor?

Set the editor to 9 pieces and then just grab 1 more piece to collect the set. I've stuck a video with all piece locations below so just head to which ever one is closest to where you are now.

If I remember rightly your health regenerates with this equipped too, add any of the defensive weapon perks and your practically invincible on easy and normal mode.

Hey I love the editor as it helped get me back into hex editing and makes maxing out my souls a lot easier. The question I have is regarding what the editor doesn't cover. What i am trying to do is add the legendary enhancements to my beginning save file. I am using hex workshop and what I did was take my already cleared gamesave and copied the entire set of values from it and inserted it into the new save starting from the enhancement already gotten, see screenshot here5071. and ending at the 04 00 00 as stated in the online tutorial. What happens when I rehash, resign and then load this save is the game just locks up. I was wondering if anyone else has made progress or has any pointers for me. Any help would be great! Thanks

please can someone help me with this,i cant get this to work for me,i use offzip&packzip ui for extracting the save then i take the blabla 35 bla file and edit it with the editor then i pack it useing packzip put the blabla 35 bla file in source and the save1 bla to target then start ok, and when i try to r&r it horizon says it is no xbox savegame.

Ok "Omarroms" I managed to use the tool.

But I could not use it on 100%

worked for me just to "MAX SOULS" and "MAX SWORD LEVEL".

why is it?

have to save the game somewhere specific?
