So yeah, can anybody explain to me why this xbox is different than all the others?
Is it worth getting?
Where could I buy one?
How much are they?
Are they noob-friendly?
Can I still use my current XBL account on it?
General information about it is also welcome aswell.
Thanks everyone.

Thanks for showing me that thread.
So from the information I've gathered, I can't use my XBL account that I already have and I can't play retail games using the disc drive?
I'm guessing that means I'm going to have to rip the games off of a site straight to the Xbox because it says it can take .xex files.
Do you know where I can buy one?

Is it worth getting? - No because you wouldn't have any use for it to be honest. If you want one just for the DevNetwork isn't as easy as that.
Where could I buy one? - Ex-Developers, Black Market Dealers, Chinese Websites and of course the whole friends of friends method.
How much are they? - $700-$2000 usually depending on what kind of kit you want.
Are they noob-friendly? - No, if you don't know how to debug or stuff like that then you shouldn't touch it. You'll only end up breaking it in the end.
Can I still use my current XBL account on it? - Yes you can, but it would require signing for Dev and Retail over and over again...not worth it.

Overall - Why not get a JTAG or RGH console and install RGLoader on it? Cheap, can play retail discs, use 90% of the SDK tools.
