Right click on the signature and copy the URL and go to your settings top right corner then look on the left side where it says edit signature then pick the little picture a thing should pop up to enter the URL then paste it into there and all should be ok

Here once you clicked the picture and entered the URL put the [center] tags at the end to make it show in the center click preview to make sure its working if it shows click save and it should work

I believe they are made in the program called cinema 4d and they look something like this
