How is reputation (green bars) calculated? I searched the forums and re-read the rules to make sure this post wasn't going to be a party foul. It seems to me that some users have much more reputation then others with less of just about everything and vice versa. Is there any rhyme or reason to this or is it based of a single thing or what have you? The only reason I ask is so I can start increasing mine more.
P.S. also, how is activity % calculated because I've been stuck on 99.6 for like 3 days now and I've been really going for that overdrive achievement.

Reputation, Experience, etc. is received from using the Forum's features and being active.
- Make new posts / threads
- Reply to posts / threads
- Give / receive thanks
- etc., etc.
- NOT by spamming and/or trying to cheat the system (some people do this).

Ya I'm aware of the factors that go into calculating it but it seems very nonlinear in the way points relate to bars and how posts, thanks, etc. relate to points. I'm just curious about it, I like to know the workings of things :)
EDIT: here's an example- I just saw a member with 104 posts, given 6 thanks, received 0 thanks and somehow has 419 rep power. BUT, he only has 1 bar of reputation... I guess the calculation is more complex then I guessed it to be :P

Yeah I noticed myself that some people with less rep power than me, have more bars than me. I think it's the more thanks you get because I didn't get anything until I posted a gamesave of Arkham city (credit to Jappi) and alot of people downloaded and thanked me.

Exactly. And you're another great example, you have more posts, thanks, been thanked more and have more rep power than me but have less bars. Interesting eh?

Rep is what it is. :)
To me honest with you looking at everyone on this thread the only 2 people I know Is Jizz and Boss. and as you can see they have high reps.
Just making threads won't get you anything.. You need to make something that makes you stand out.
I bet anyone one with very high rep is well known in one area or another on this website.
