Need Modding Help on Civilization revolutions

hello i need help by modding my gamesave from civilization revolutions

reasons:

1 : the only modtool out there doesnt open my save
2: the explaination from how to mod it requiers a program that is nowere to download

so i m asking for somebody to help me mod my save game

the stats in the game are:

city1 : tenochtitlan sience 2 - culture 5 - population 1
city2: cempoala sience: 2 - culture 0 - population 0 .
city3: malinalco sience 0 - culture 0 - population 0
my gold ammount right now is 284 plz lemme know if u can edit this save i really need it
i just want my gold,sience,culture and population modded i just dont know how i could do it since i been searching for the past 3weeks and still no luck :(

i found a modded save but it was on the wrong diffeculty, so i hope anybody can help me mod this save for me cuz now i know its possible

grab it if u can before price changes
