If our previews of the SOCOM 4's co-op multiplayer and bomb squad mode have got you all jazzed up for some Navy SEALs action, we've got some good news. The SOCOM 4 beta is coming very soon.
This multiplayer beta will come in four forms -- according to a post on the PlayStation Blog. The first wave hits on March 15 but will only be open to a select few that developer Zipper Interactive is contacting. On March 22, PlayStation Plus members can get in on the action. If you got one of those codes from Killzone 3, you can participate in the beta starting on March 29. And if none of that applies to you, you can get general admission on April 5.
The beta will run until April 13. Then, the servers get shut down until SOCOM 4: U.S. Navy SEALs releases on April 19, 2011. Until then, keep checking IGN for all your SOCOM 4 news and info.
