I would of thought it would of been taken down by now by MS if this was actually legit. Its been up for 6-7hours already.

It's possible this guy could work for MS and actually have a dev kit. It could also have been stolen. All in all, I have a hunch that it IS legit. No proof really, just a gut feeling.

That said, yee-owza on that price! Way too deep for me, man. And I wouldn't know what to do with it, either. Thanks anyway.

hell no you can get in big big trouble when you buy it ( when you are lucky you only need to give it back to MS and you loose your money , when it goes the bad way you get sued etc.. ).
every dev need to sign a NDA with microsoft . ( dont leak fotos, talk to press etc..... ).
