Tutorial
Extract your save from HDD/MU/USB to desktop.
Open with editor.
Input what you desire.
Select Write Checksum
Click Application-->Save.
Inject save back into HDD/MU/USB.
Enjoy.

Dont use the adress url of the download button because the url is dynamic and that means it changes everytime.

I cant add a direct link either, it is how it is.
The url is dynamic and i just cant do anything about that.

Hi all,
I've looked up and down the forums to see if anyone else has had the same problem I'm having. When opening the modded saved game file, the message, "Failed to load saved content," is displayed.
Here are the particulars:

-Windows XP
-RE5 Platinum collection Edition
-USBXTAFGUI
-And of course the RE5 Editor

-I had the Xbox 360 do its magic with a Pony 8GB usb stick
-I copied my saved game file to the stick
-opened the drive with USBXTAFGUI and saved file to desktop
-made a copy of the file and stored elsewhere
-opened the file with the editor. All the values displayed reflected what I indeed had at the time of last save, so I know the editor read the file no problem.
-I made some simple adjustments ie. gold and ammo.
-generated new checksum and saved the file.
-I deleted the save game file that was on the usb stick and injected the modded file on to it.
-Placed the usb drive into the Xbox and could see the save file on it.
-I copied this file onto the hard drive and let it overwrite the existing file. I also tried deleting the file altogether before copying the file off the usb drive. Either way made no difference.
-Loaded the game up and chose the HDD for storage device. I also tried loading directly from the usb drive. Again, no difference.
-The message "failed to load saved content" is displayed.

I took my unadulterated save file and again making a copy of it, injected it to the usb. I could load that file with no problem and my game was/is intact.

The only file I copied off the Xbox was the game save. I didn't copy any profiles or such. Don't know if that makes a difference. The only thing I can think of is that somehow the platinum version is different than the original release discs.
