Could someone point me to an item tier list for Dogma editing?

I know 65 is Dragonforged thus far, but that is it. I did learn that if you place a potion, such as a healing item into your inventory as "Dragonforged" that you will have infinite uses of it. But, anyway. Could someone provide a list/link that explains the tiers please?

its 67 not 65 heres a list 3 - No Stars, Tier 0
13 - 1 Star, Tier 1
19 - 2 Stars, Tier 2
35 - 3 Stars, Tier 3
67 - Wyrmfire, Tier 4 (MAX)
