This one is really easy
step 1, have 2 profiles or a friend willing to help
step 2, copy the save
step 3, gift the weapon or armor
step 4, then get the back up save
step 5, if you have a friend helping get them to gift the item to you or if you have 2 profiles simply gift the item back to the profile you want it with
step 6, enjoy
