Here is a tutorial made by me to help those who want more variety of themes on your PC if its hard to follow i apologies im not really good at doing tutorials but i will try my best

Okay so i will be showing you how to install this theme

http://imageshack.us/a/img404/7862/77824755.jpg

If you like it i have uploaded it so you can download it from below which will make this easier for those who are viewing but if you need help on installing another theme i will be glad to try and help

Theme

So what you need to do is navigate to C:\Windows\Resources\Themes

Open the folder that contains the theme you want to use drag and drop the contents into the themes folder as shown below

http://imageshack.us/a/img13/9365/86550710.jpg

Once thats done you can pick between the dark version or the snow version i currently use the dark version which is called Sombras Alt.theme choose your theme you want wait for it to refresh

Now time to install the buttons to complete the theme so open up the folder called Explorer frames inside it you should see Windows 7 Navigation Buttons Customizer open it up now if you picked the dark version of the theme you might want to install the dark buttons or the light version its totally up to you so either drag and drop the snow folder on the desktop or theSombras folder

So im using the Sombras buttons what you want to do is click on frame in the Windows 7 Navigation Buttons Customizer then click the change selected bitmap a new window should pop up click frame.BMP and then press open it will now install the button you will need to do this for the rest of the buttons just make sure what you click has the same name so if you pick stop hover in the Windows 7 Navigation Buttons Customizer make sure the file is named stop hover.BMP

Once thats done you can restart your computer if you wish and everything should be all good if you install a theme and it dont change and it looks like its a basic theme it means your system files are not patched so third party themes will not work

You can download UXTheme Multi-Patcher 8.0 below if that dont work try searching on google for another type of theme patcher i hope you can understand this tutorial if not i can always try and help you with installing any theme one on one
