Continue the Game, it's the last Checkoint, so you don't have to much to do.
Gives you City That Never Sleeps, Heart of Darkness, Evolution and Medal of Honor.

UPDATE: I upload a save 4 SS finish now. Gives you Men of Destiny and Supersoldier.

@Renegade - I don't ask 4, it was a more a hint 4 the one, who don't know that they are Thx Buttons (i don't know this when i start with Gamesaves).
So cool down. Your right. It is all on the free will, the Rep and the Gamesaves uploads. Will heed this advice.

I can only guess that basically run through the game on easy or w/e difficulty and just load these saves for them 4 achievs? Stupid question ano.
