For EXTRACTED auto/user saves
This is a tutorial on how to mod your Far Cry 3 money at the start of the game.(2.147.474.647 @ start and 2.147.483.647 when having all wallet upgrades)

How to:
The values are written in Intel-Long
Extract the usersave from the CON file with Horizon.
Open it in any hexeditor.
For the wallet capacity you should search for the base value,which is always 1000.(if not edited before,derp)
Meaning you ALWAYS have to search for E8030000 (Check image for details)
This will stay the same even when upgraded your wallet.Upgrades are stored aside from the base value.
There should be one instance only.
I also came across a save which had 2 instances for E8030000.In such case you have to use the one that's before your current value.

Set that value to D7DCFF7F which is 2.147.474.647.
This is because you have to leave room for the 9.000 extra capacity you'll get for crafting all wallet upgrades.
Upgrade 1 = +1000
Upgrade 2 = +3000
Upgrade 3 = +5000
Upgrade 4 = +9000

Next find your current value.(Check image for details)
Make sure you have atleast $700 in your wallet but over $800 will be better,otherwise it can't be found in some cases.

Set that value to The one corresponding to your amount of upgrades (You can only add as much as your space allows,so just look how many wallet upgrades you have)
EXAMPLE:
Without Upgrade = D7DCFF7F (2.147.474.647 Same as MAX Wallet cap value)
With 1st Upgrade = BFE0FF7F (2.147.475.647)
With 2nd Upgrade = 8FE8FF7F (2.147.477.647)
With 3rd Upgrade = 5FF0FF7F (2.147.479.647)
With 4th Upgrade = FFFFFF7F (2.147.483.647)

That's all,there's no encryption/checksum or compression on it.
Just reinsert back into the con file and rehash/resign.

EDIT: For those who can't find their current money.
Just gather some more money and try again,I've also encountered numerous instances the money didn't show up in hexworkshop.
In some cases it still won't work,then you just have to play a little further through the game,there will come a point the current money value is findable.

Did it set the max value to the corresponding one or not even that either???
I haven't seen Hellboy's save yet,how much money does it have,more than 9999 or?
Since that's actually one of the things i'm wondering,would be nice to be able to set it to somewhere in the millions,so it only has to be done once or maybe twice(like their AC games).

Found that the money can be set to 2.147.483.647

Yep as far as I have tested,the highest working value is 2.147.483.647.
Between 0 and that you can have whatever you want,just take account of the wallet upgrades I.E the highest value you can set the MAX Money capacity = 2.147.474.647(If you don't upgrade your wallet ever then you can set this to 2.147.483.647)
I have tried to use D7DCFFFF which is 4294958295 for max money and FFFFFFFF which 4294967295 is for current money,but that will give you -1/-1.
Then you can only buy one item,no matter the price,lol.

Here you go,
It has 2.147.478.647 money,so you can still upgrade your wallet furter.
Change profile ID to yours again and rehash/resign.

Damn.. wonder what i did wrong.. followed this to the T and my game just freezes when i try to load it, Im doing the user save. Do i have to delete the auto save? Don't see why that would make it freeze tho... D=

Make sure that when your converting your current value in the base converter that you change it from Raw to Intel and then convert your current value

Max Cash = 2147474647 (9000 less due to wallet upgrades)
Skill points = 1
Medkit = 6/7

Ammo pools:
Handgun = 72/72
SMG = 160/160
Shotgun = 36/36
Assaultrifle = 180/180
Sniper = 20/20
LMG = 320/320
Rockets = 4/4
Grenade launcher = 8/8
Flare Pistol = 3/12
Arrows = 10/10
Fuel = 400/400
Grenades = 3/8
Molotovs = 8/8
C-4 = 3/3
Mines = 3/3

Then you still search for the standard 1000 value,the one with 00 00 next to it.
Change that value to D7DCFF7F and your current money value to FFFFFF7F,meaning you have to use the 00 00 next to the original values.

Yes it can be done at the start of the game,and accumulating the needed ammount of money doesn't take long.
just go into enemy territory and kill some enemies who are driving around,at some intersections they will keep coming by.

Ok then try this one,it has 2147474647 money and wallet capacity.
Found 2 instances for the 1000 base value,but the one I changed has to be the right one.
If not working then let me know and I'll use the other one.

Yeah I know,you gave me that extracted save,I only modded it and posted it back.
I haven't tested it myself either.
Just make a copy of your last save,back it up and inject the modded file into a copy of your original save.
Rehash/Resign and play.

Here's your save,it has maxed wallet capacity and filled to currently max value.
When having all wallet upgrades you can go to 2147483647,which is only 8000 more in your case.kinda pointless to even remod the value since this is more then enough forever.
Just put back your ID's and rehash/resign.
I have to say I didn't test it,but it should work anyway.

Yes it is,although I'm still searching for the adresses.
I found skillpoints also,only ammo pools not yet.
Some guy posted a save already with infinite ammo,max money and 999 skillpoints.

I made a personal tool for myself. If someone need their money and/or xp modded upload ur save. Now i wont mod everyones save, just a few to help out until jappi gets his edtitor done. Again not modding a ton of saves, also make sure u have over 260 for both xp and cash
