Help Please. Borderlands 2 Save Editing

Basically as the title says i need help with editing borderlands 2 so I'll get straight to the point, I've been trying to edits the skill levels of on my characters skill but nothing will stick it just resets to 5 every time. I've searched everywhere for a solution but cant find anyone even talking about and if someone does no one even replies xD

i am using the Gibbed Save Editor for editing the save
