Need help with bordelands 2 modding

So the thing is that i tried to mod my bordelands 2 gamesave,but it will not open. And i tried to open it with modio and horizon and i keep getting the same message " Failed to load save: invalid or unsupported version" . If anybody had the same problem,could you tell me how to fix it? Thx

can you give use a little more info
as in step by step what your doing and right where the error comes up
also what ver of the programs if you know them

So to trace it back to start what i did was:

-copy the save from xbox on usb stick
-use horizon/modio to extract the save
-then put the extracted file back in horizon/modio
-whent to contents and extracted GameSave.sav in a different folder
-and afterwards i opened " Gibbed.Borderlands2.SaveEdit"
-and when i tried to open the SaveGame file,it shows me that error.

And the program i used ,it dosent say what version is on it.

i tried to different versions up til now i think shadekor,the one u posted is,one of the 2 and the other one i got it when i tried to google it,prob only name different and same one....

but i rly dont know why i keep getting that

When you tried to open the save in gibbed, did you select xbox 360 save as the type of save. If not it will give you that error.
