Hey guys, wondering if there was anyone who can tell me how to get all weapons, clothes, all road to rule chests open using the Fabl 3 mod tool? Would really appreciate the help!!!

I don't own Fable 3 anymore, so I can't test this tool. But it says you can edit stuff just by checking the values. If it's too difficult to understand, you could always just mod your guild seals to allow you to open the chests as you come to them and mod the gold to just buy all the clothes.

Sorry I couldn't be much help. I thought you were talking about the two more popular tools (I've never seen or used this one before).

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think Magnus Hydra made a tool soon after Fable 3 first came out. I remember it being really good. I don't have a link for it, but it might be worth checking out if you can find it.
