My gamertag is the same username I use for every website. I enjoy almost every kind of game; at the moment, I'm fixated on Dragon Ball RB2, Tales Of Vesperia, and Metroid: Other M. I'm a huge Sonic and Zelda fan. My gold membership ran out a few months ago and I haven't had the money to replace it recently, but hopefully that'll change before too long. Also, I'm hesitant to add anybody I don't already know to my friends list; I don't like having people on my friends list that never want to keep in touch (the point of a friends list). And that's it. ^-^

I don't know about a ban hammer but I remember when Microsoft several years ago downloaded all the saves from 360gamesaves and then blacklisted all of the consoles by the ID listed in the downloaded gamesaves. Now there are ways to fix that, but at the time I was shit out of luck with three xboxs.

They can't really ban you for being a member of a modding site, For all they know you could just be curious and looking at how it works, They can't just single usernames out and match it to an online gaming service and ban them...that would cause a lot of legal issues.

They have not blacklisted any new console id's for a long time now (must be atleast 2+ years). They also have not blacklisted any keyvaults used for resigning for a very long time. I think they used it as a scare tactic a long time ago. Problem is there are just too many ways to get around the issue so i think they just gave in to it:)

I think putting your tag on here will not get you banned or anything to worry about but people may use it against you if they want to complain about you. So having your tag up here might be that extra bit of info MS might need to make a decision.

i think the clue is in 'enforcement' that they don't care and will ban you for anything, my absolute favourite policy is they won't tell you what you were banned for, you have to divine that information yourself from the x code and other system info.
The fun thing about being offline 24/7 on a live capable box is I can do whatever i want, I'm even immune to ap2.5 checks because my drive doesn't know what it is, saying that i'll probably get 5 hours live access before one of my games snitches on me, ive gotten quite lazy with the ss patches.

Gamertag is same as username. I have always openly publishmed my gamertag even when I was a mod at 360gamesave and they for some reason have never reset or done anything to my account. Might be the fact that I didn't gamesave really at all but I did create gamesave which got me 2 blacklisted 360s.

There is also the problem that they have to prove you are who you are stating you are on the internet. For all you know I couldn't be the person I am claiming to be.
