This is simple, use horizon to replace your account.dat with the one I've given you to download, this will put
the DLC (Inferno Helm) into your stash.
Warning:
Before you do this, either transfer everything in your stash to your inventory, or create a backup of your original account.dat and then replace it after you've equipped the Inferno Helm.
