Keeping in mind laptops are not for high spec gaming period, go with the MSI.
The graphic card is superior and the wireless card supports n which is pretty much the standard these days lest you have an enjoyment for signal disruption as soon as the next room over, of course if your router doesn't support n anyway it's a moot point.

The samsung is also infected with windows 8, that said they would appear to have mislabeled the gfx card because as far as the internet cares, there is no Geforce GTX740M, geforce doesn't list it and theres no benchmark data for it, there is a gt740 however. http://gpuboss.com/gpus/GeForce-GT-740M-vs-GeForce-GT-630M even if the models wrong, it's still superior.

Msi but god i hate laptops especially if you like PC gaming it's like an oven it just gets hotter n hotter i would just build a gaming pc with an awesome case
