d3 problem

hi
i am having a problem logging in to the d3 basic editor. it tells me wrong password or user name, but i can log in here using the same password and user name. am i the only one having this problem? or is there something i am missing? please help

Password and username is case-sensitive.
You entered the wrong username or password 5 times => 15-30 min ban to prevent people from randomly trying passwords to log in.
Proxy not allowed => you will not be able to connect through proxy even if you have entered the correct username and password.
