I am the last person in the world who would want to make fun of anyone but this is sad, really sad. He just nails every stereotypical "no life loser nerd who doesn't know what the sun looks like or what fresh air feels like coursing throughout his lungs". When someone is that overweight and obviously is known for spending countless hours on video games, it just sad to see.
