No names, so you can PM me. I can give Likes on forum or give Declasse Asea to dupe.They only way for someone to GIVE it to you is threw you giving them your account and them doing it and you can't get 100 billion you would only need about 50-100 mill and you would be set

It is possible without giving account. I was on session, where player with modded console gave everyone 30 millions and set 100 million bounty on every player in the session. I had it on my old character, but I deleted it, because I want to play online again ;)
