Help! diablo 3 S E v2.0.0.6 do not recognizes some properties.

do you know why some properties (like "teleport cooldown period -3 second" that i found in The Oculus) are not recognizes by the S E v2.0.0.6?

That way Jappi can look into it and see if it's only for that particular item, or if it's simply not being recognized at all on any item.
