Here are some good ones:

+ HexWorkshop 6.0 Moderated: Don't offer cracks, consider this a warning.
+ HxD(Another good one. You can get it from the site below:

http://mh-nexus.de/en/hxd/
+ FlexHEX(Sort Of Advanced Features)

http://download.cnet.com/FlexHEX/3000-2352_4-10407122.html
+ Notepad++(Love this one for not only its hex editor, but the amount of other useful things it can do)

http://download.cnet.com/Notepad/3000-2352_4-10327521.html

Almost all of those are free. I think the only one you would have to pay for it HexWorkshop(but you already have it though):P

Anyway hope this helps. You can read more on the ones listed above w/ the links in the
[code] that I have included below the name(s), as well as download the application from there.

It would be wise to post official links instead of cnet. It would help the developers more.

Hex workshop (http://www.hexworkshop.com/)
HxD (http://mh-nexus.de/en/hxd/)
FlexHex (http://www.flexhex.com/)
Notepad++ (http://notepad-plus-plus.org/)

Note:
Notepad++ dose not come with a hex editor. You need a plugin for it.
Here it is (http://sourceforge.net/projects/npp-plugins/files/Hex%20Editor/)

Modio. I've been known to swear by Modio. For 360 saves, I prefer Modio to anything, save maybe the rare instance I use Hex Workshop.
