Good Gaming PCs for $500 or under?

Hey guys. I was thinking about getting a gaming PC, but for about the same price as the Xbox one. I'm looking for a computer that can run Battlefield 4 at 60 FPS with almost maxed graphic settings. I'm willing to pay a little over $500, but not much over it (No more than $550). Just list any suggestion or suggestions and I will check them out!

I left out the case on purpose because picking a case is a very subjective thing. I would recommend a mid tower however.

My brother can play Planetside 2 on Ultra at around 60 FPS. I am sure it would handle Battlefield 4 extremely well considering the graphics and size of Planetside 2.
