Valve have some great pre-Christmas news for fans of Portal. The game's sequel now has a new release date.
"Portal 2 is Valve's most innovative title in the company's history and will be launched with a first-class launch campaign this April," said Doug Lombardi, vice president of marketing at Valve. Portal 2 is now slated to be released on April 21, 2011 for PS3, 360, PC, and Mac.
Valve have also announced that Portal 2's retail versions will be published by EA Partners, with Lombardi expressing excitement at working with EA Partners to bring Portal 2 to a wider range of gamers.
