Help with save game from D3

Hello, I'm having trouble copying a save game Diablo 3 for my PS3. I do all the correct procedure. Under the save game from the net, put it in a pendriver, I play in, I create a new User profile and copy the save game for him. But by the time I get in the game the save game did not catch. The creation screen appears normal charater and asks me to create a new char. Someone could tell me what I'm doing wrong? I have connected the play on the net, it must not be connected?
