Oh, you were excited about 4K resolutions? Well, too bad, because Nvidia is already talking about graphics cards that run games in 5K resolution. During a presentation at the GPU Technology Conference, Nvidia announced the new dual-GPU GeForce GTX Titan Z. And yes, it's incredibly expensive.

"Unlike traditional dual-GPU cards, Titan Z’s twin GPUs are tuned to run at the same clock speed, and with dynamic power balancing," reads a press release from Nvidia. "So neither GPU creates a performance bottleneck."

The Titan Z is packed with two GK110 chips, running on 5,760 cores. Expectedly, this type of power is really intended for high-end computing applications, but you could also run crazy games on the Titan Z. Well, if you're willing to spend $3,000.

That is an impressive resolution, but at that cost? let's wait until this price goes down

I thought the original Titans were pricey at £1000 a piece, let alone these bad boys. I'd definitely have one for my new build if I had the money but sadly it's a bit outta my price range.

Anybody care to donate me $3000??? Pretty please? lol

For 3000 dollars you better get at least 5 years warranty. Imagine having it break down after 1-2 years LOL.
