The consoles do not come with the power supply or hdmi cable.
The consoles are not banned from xbox live.
The consoles do not need the Kinect in order to be used.
Additional parts / accessories can be purchased on ebay.

That is correct. I have the full package and when you disconnect the Kinect it still functions properly.

got my xbox one from him up and running perfectly i have a real powerbrick from microsoft ordered but just the adapter for old 360 for xbox 1 and it works fine.

Well I stopped because no one was buying any at the time. As of now, I don't have anymore contacts that supplied me with regular consoles anymore.
