I left my LCD HDTV on for like 5 or 6 hours str8 by accident and now when I try to turn on the TV it just resets after a few seconds. If I turn on my 360 on and then the TV I wont even see the boot screen for the 360, it is just a black screen it makes a few sounds and then a reset sound. Not sure if it is broken or just needs rest.

Having your TV on for that long shouldn't cause a problem. Mine has been on for 2 weeks now due to work and games.
What do you mean by "reset"¿ Do you mean it's rebooting by itself¿
How hot was the TV when you touched it¿ Do you have access to the back of the TV, maybe some cables have partial contact or the like.
You may have had a power surge, and that may have caused an electrical fault in it.

When I turn on the tv, all I see is a black screen and the red power light comes on, ans stays solid for like 10 seconds and then a green light comes on next to the red light ad then it makes like a reboot sound and the red light comes back on but still through out all that I see no screen it is just black. I'll have my 360 on while trying to work the TV and I wont even see the Xbox boot screen.

I don't think it's your LCD tv bro.
I had the same issue several months ago and fixed by replacing the hdmi cable, so try using a different HDMI cable.

Yeah try a different/new HDMI cable, I had a similar problem a few months ago and that fixed it, seems the cable wasn't fitting properly anymore because I swap it back and forth between my laptop and 360. Just leaving the TV on shouldn't have caused the problem, I leave mine on for 10+ hours most days and it's a cheap tv too.

The Lamp is shot, and I have to replace it. Thanks for the responses though.
