Users/members can not give bad reputation points (-rep's)
That means members can only give +reps and ofcourse.. there is no autoban lol..
Register Date Factor
Everyday, users gain 1 point of reputation-altering power.
Post Count Factor
Every posts, users gain 1 point of reputation-altering power.
Reputation Point Factor
For every 25 points of reputation, users gain 1 point of reputation-altering power.
You may give only 10 points of reputations over each 24 hour period.
You have to hit 20 different users before you can hit the same person again.
That means members can only give +reps and ofcourse.. there is no autoban lol..
