Diablo 3 Editor won't work!

So I downloaded Jappi88's Diablo 3 Save Editor. I don't know why, but whenevr I attempt to open the program, This error message pops up:

do you have net frame work 3.5 or higher installed on your computer??

Yes I have 4.5.1

Try installing 4.0 instead as well.

Not sure if 4.5 contains the files necessary, but the problematic file is mscorlib.dll which is definitely a .NET file. So see if it's solved with 4.0.

So the installation failed for some reason. I uninstalled 4.5.1 and ran the 4.5 install. This is the installation log.

Are you extracting everything from the .rar file for the Editor? You need to make sure everything (all files and folders) from the .rar file are in a folder, if not the Editor will not work.

Run the fixit, it's relevant to your error code. I like fixits, why they aren't built into the OS is anyones guess.
Alternatively try the repair tool listed under method 2.

I downloaded the program, I didn't have to use win rar on any of the files. Just downloaded and opened it.

I plug in my usb with save game file on it and try to open it and a pop up says:

Unhandled exception has occurred in a component in your application. If you click continue the appllication will igore this error and attemt to contunye.

Conetnt is not valid!

Then it has a detail button that I can click on and a bunch of random info comes up that I have no idea what it means and a contiune button. I clock continue and nothing happens.

I have 4.0 netframe installed.

Any help?

are you trying to add them to your stash? i know this sounds dumb but are you sure you clicked the check box to the left of the material then hitting ok on teh bottom ?

Yeah I did do that and it shows all the stuff in my stash and inventory when I'm adding it but then when I go and move it to my xbox nothing is there.

Could you be copying the original file back to the xbox rather than the modded file?

No I swap the files between the flash drive and hard drive.
