Anyone able to create a PS3 save editor/hack for WWE 2k14?

The save editor/hack for WWE 2k14 was created for X-box 360, but not for the PS3 because the person working on it retired. Does anyone here who might be thinking of getting the game think they might be able to do this? I'm completely new to modding/hacking, so I wouldn't even know where to begin with this.

I'm looking for the 3.0 editor of wwe 13 mod tool because 4.0 has no longer supported server and 3.0 and up have ps3 wwe 13 mod tool
