To get the Vex weapon you have to do some stuff/things.

Final boss/Atheon.

- Relic -
Using the relic to activate the barrier to cleanse the afflicted.

- Oracles -
Destroying the oracles.

- Portals and harpies -
Opening the correct portals (mars or venus ) and destroying the harpies.


- Atheon -
Killing atheon within 10 minutes or something.


Also make sure you don't die more than x times on hard mode. I think it's 100 but i am not sure.
